Responsible for monitoring and managing the daily operations of the waste collection fleet to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and coordinate vehicle movements and schedules.
Maintain communication with drivers and field teams.
Monitor vehicle condition and coordinate maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Prepare reports on fleet performance and utilization.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in logistics, transport, or related field.
Experience in fleet management or logistics.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of vehicle tracking systems.
