Job Description

Role Overview:
The Segment Head will lead our Client Industries & Warehouses vertical, driving strategic growth, key account management, and team leadership. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in construction chemicals and waterproofing solutions, capable of building strong institutional relationships and delivering sustainable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
1. Define and implement segment-specific key account strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
2. Identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans to increase market share and revenue.
Business Development & Account Management:
1. Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders across industries and warehouses.


2. Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives across clint's diverse product portfolio.
Planning & Performance:
1. Prepare annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts for the segment.
2. Monitor performance against KPIs and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
Marketing & Execution:
1. Lead execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and merchandising initiatives.
2. Provide market intelligence and insights to support product innovation.
Team Leadership:
1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Key Account Managers.

2. Build capability, foster collaboration, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Reporting & Governance:
1. Present regular business reviews and dashboards to senior leadership.
2. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and ethical practices.
