Location:Dubai, UAE Reports to:HR Director
We are looking for aTalent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialistto manage recruitment delivery, strengthen our employer brand, drive employee engagement, support Emiratization, and build university partnerships. This role combines day-to-day recruitment with strategic HR marketing and development initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver hiring against the approved manpower plan and build strong candidate pipelines.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and track 6-month retention for new hires.
- Report quarterly on recruitment results vs. targets.
- Manage company presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and the careers page.
- Prepare weekly content plans, draft/review posts with senior leaders, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Provide regular reports on activities and engagement levels.
- Manage the employee referral program and share employee success stories.
- Collect feedback from candidates, run pre-boarding programs, and improve the candidate journey.
- Organize at least one engagement activity per month (town halls, recognition, CSR, wellness).
- Report on outcomes and suggest improvements.
- Maintain an active Emirati talent pool, supporting onboarding and retention of UAE nationals.
- Partner with universities and represent the company at events (minimum one every 6 months).
- Ensure at least one Emirati hire and one student hire every 6 months.
KPI - Bonus Based:
- Recruitment Delivery - 30%(quarterly)
- Retention - 20%(semi-annual, 6-month check)
- Performance of Hires - 10%(annual appraisal)
- Employer Branding - 20%(monthly)
- Engagement Projects - 10%(monthly)
- Emiratization & University Relations - 10%(semi-annual)

- Knowledge of UAE labor law and Emiratization requirements.
