Product Manager, Pharmaceutical CRM

What role you will play in team: As a key member of the product team, you'll be responsible for the strategy and execution of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system specifically tailored for the pharmaceutical industry.

What you will do: You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and IT to ensure our CRM is effective, efficient and aligned with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibility:

• Define and manage the product roadmap for the pharmaceutical CRM system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and IT to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product specifications.
• Manage the product backlog and sprint process using Agile methodologies.
• Work with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in pharmaceutical CRM.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare IT.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales and marketing processes.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analytics.
