Job Description
What role you will play in team: Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
What you will do: Manage orders from placement to delivery, addressing any arising issues.
Key responsibility:

- Monitor order status and address any delays or issues.

Required Qualification and Skills:

- 0-1 years of experience in customer service or order fulfillment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using order management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
