What’s on Your Plate?
- Have an enforcement presence that discourages illegitimate behavior on/off the field. This may mean issuing warnings to the riders breaking guidelines
- Evaluate local traffic and road safety concerns, observe problem areas, behaviors and provide inputs
- Check and make sure riders are using all talabat branded gears (uniform, bag, box, mask, gloves etc). At the same time flag non-talabat riders using talabat rider gears to maintain brand consistency on the road
- Find out riders not maintaining hygiene standards of their uniform, food bag/box and keeping their bikes timely serviced
- On the spot verification of rider and bike documents (Driving License, Emirates ID, Mulkiya etc) as per local laws
- Monitor and control the rider’s behavior towards restaurant/customer and vice versa
- Visit high restaurant density areas during demand peak times to ensure riders are maintaining safe distance.
- Assist riders community (irrespective of the company) in emergency situations (accidents, breakdowns etc)
- Perform the vital public services of protecting life and property. Assist people in need (community support)
- Maintain your presence on the ground as Talabat’s face
What did we order?

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery rider and 2-3 years of experience as a fleet/security coordinator
- Presentable with good physical fitness
- Disciplined, organised personwith strong ethics
- Ability to maintain a professional standards even during stressful situations
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Hindi/Urdu is a must, Arabic is a plus
- Proficient in recording, reporting and analysing data
- Persuasive skills in order to be able to coach non-compliant riders effectively
- Valid Driving License
