Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving their inquiries and providing excellent service.
What you will do: You will answer customer calls, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibility:
- Answer customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and documentation.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Experience in a customer service role (preferred).
