Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to join our healthcare operations team. The role focuses on examining, validating, and maintaining provider credentialing documents, with a strong preference for experience in dental provider credentialing and claims.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and process credentialing documents from healthcare providers (licenses, certifications, contracts, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Coordinate with dental providers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing documentation.
- Maintain accurate credentialing records and databases.
- Support credentialing audits and re-credentialing activities.

- Prior experience in provider-side credentialing, preferably within dental claims or dental networks.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare credentialing guidelines and documentation standards.
- High attention to detail with good communication and follow-up skills.
