Were looking for an Implementa2on Manager based in India to lead our new customers through a though;ul, seamless onboarding experience. This is a high impact, client-facing role focused on driving adopton, delivering value, and enabling long-term customer success.
You will be the go-to expert for new clients as they transi2on onto the Goldcast platform bringing together your technical knowledge, project management skills, and empathetic communica2on style to ensure every customer feels supported, confident, and set up for
success.

What Youll Do:
Deliver inclusive and engaging onboarding sessions to empower clients with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed on Goldcast.
Lead implementa2on projects from kickoff to go-live, keeping clients informed, engaged, and on track at every stage.
Become a trusted product experthelping customers understand platform features, use cases, and best practces in accessible ways.
Maintain regular, proactive communication throughout onboarding. No client should go more than 7 days without a meaningful touchpoint

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to coordinate and execute key integrations Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, webhooks, etc.).
Share client feedback internally to help refine onboarding processes, improve
documenta2on, and shape product direction.
Keep detailed implementation records and project documentation to ensure smooth transitions post-onboarding.
