• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field a Master s degree or HR certification e g SHRM CIPD is a plus
• 
  Proven experience as an HR Manager in a group company or similar multi-entity environment
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
