Job responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of our services and acquire new clients for staffing and recruitment business using channels like cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media .
• Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research to create a sales pipeline.
• 
  Ensure relationship building with clients post-acquisition.
• Share proposals with clients and negotiate terms to bring them on board.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective strategies that align with our business goals.
• Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system, providing regular updates to management.

• MBA degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and engage clients effectively.
