About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and ambitious Revenue Operations Associate to work directly with the founder and help manage V4Bs AI-powered sales and growth engine.

This is not a traditional sales role.

You will be at the center of how leads are generated, tracked, nurtured, and converted using modern AI tools, automation platforms, CRM systems, and personalized outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage inbound leads from website forms, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Ads, cold email campaigns, and outbound automation tools.
  • Review and maintain CRM data inside HubSpot.
  • Ensure every lead receives timely and relevant follow-up.
  • Execute personalized email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone outreach beyond automated workflows.
  • Track the progress of every lead through the sales pipeline.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports on inquiries, meetings, proposals, and conversions.
  • Assist the founder in managing revenue operations, business development processes, and growth initiatives.
  • Work with AI-powered tools and automation systems to improve lead generation and sales efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, business development, CRM management, digital marketing operations, or customer success.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Graduate in Business, Management, Media, Communications, or related fields preferred.
  • Comfortable speaking with prospects over phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Curious about AI, automation, startups, and modern growth systems.
