Finance Manager

Position: Finance & Accounts Manager

Work Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Works Accountant (CWA)

Job Location: SIDCUL, Haridwar, Uttarakhand

CTC Bracket: Up to ?15 LPA (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Accountability:

Responsible for ensuring effective financial management, compliance, and strategic decision-making aligned with the companys business objectives.

Key Performance Areas:

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Verify purchase orders for accuracy (price, quantity, terms)
• Timely and accurate vendor invoice processing
• Verify dispatch orders, NRGP, and RGP
• Manage invoicing and receipt verification processes

MIS and Variance Analysis:

• Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports and financial projections
• Conduct product costing, cost analysis, and variance analysis
• Provide actionable insights from financial data

Quarterly Balance Sheet:

• Prepare and review quarterly balance sheets

• Ensure GL scrutiny and compliance with standards
• Maintain a detailed breakup of balance sheet items

Fixed Assets Register:

• Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Asset Register
• Ensure accurate recording and compliance with internal and regulatory policies

Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor and forecast cash flow
• Coordinate collections and payments for smooth cash operations

Audit Coordination:

• Handle internal and external audits
• Respond to and resolve audit queries

Inter-Plant Reconciliation:

• Reconcile financial data between plants
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of inter-plant transactions

Statutory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with statutory and tax laws
• Stay updated on regulatory changes

Adherence to Company Policies:

• Enforce internal financial controls and company policies

Budgeting:

• Lead yearly budget preparation with cross-functional collaboration

Costing & RFQs:

• Prepare new product costing and verify customer costing sheets
• Upload DOs in SAP and handle RFQ submissions for customers
• Conduct business scenario analysis and negotiate pricing

Training & Development:

• Lead and mentor a team (minimum 3 people)
• Promote continuous learning and improvement

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Works Accountant (CWA)
• Experience Criteria: CA/CWA with a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience, including:
• Minimum 4 years in the manufacturing industry
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role
