JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Manager – Sales & Business Development (Freight Forwarding)
Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Air, Sea, and logistics services.
• Generate leads and acquire new customers through cold calling, meetings, and networking.
• Promote and present logistics solutions to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth execution of shipments.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- 7+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development within the logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term business relationships
- Knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, and customs processes is preferred
- Self-motivated and target-driven
