Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing customer communication, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and maintaining sales records. The ideal candidate should have good numerical ability, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to support daily sales activities
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents
• Maintain and update customer and sales data accurately
• Perform basic calculations related to pricing, discounts, and billing
• Resolve customer queries and ensure timely responses
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution
• Prepare basic sales reports as required

Qualification & Experience
