Job Description
- Learn and understand the concepts of alternative dispute resolution (‘ADR’) and ODR
- Research on ADR and ODR and stay updated with latest trends and court rulings
- Administer disputes on Presolv360’s ODR platform
- Provide administrative and technical assistance to parties in the dispute resolution process
- Manage dispute communication and assist in case management
- Provide task support to and co-ordinate with neutrals
- Handle the neutral empanelment process
- Manage judicial requisitions and correspondence
