Scrum Master

:

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for our prestigious client. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and a strong understanding of the retail or e-commerce domain. This is a client-facing onsite role requiring excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and principles.
• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
  
• Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
• Act as a servant leader and mentor to the development team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage dependencies.
• Drive Agile maturity across teams and contribute to Agile CoE initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8 12 years of total experience, with at least 5+ years as a Scrum Master.

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience working in retail or e-commerce domain is mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage multiple Agile teams and deliver complex projects.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is preferred.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
