Job Description

    You will be responsible for managing and updating the brand website with high-quality, timely, and relevant content across all sections. This includes coordinating website redesign projects, maintaining and optimizing the blog section, and overseeing content quality, visual consistency, user experience, and SEO readiness across all web pages. You will also need to work closely with creative and digital agencies to provide clear briefs, timelines, and expectations for website-related projects. Tracking and reporting monthly website performance metrics with actionable insights will be part of your responsibilities.
    In addition to website management, you will collaborate with PR teams and magazine vendors for timely content publishing, media placements, and content approvals. This will involve maintaining a structured magazine calendar, identifying industry-specific magazines for media placements, and ensuring that all magazine content aligns with the brand's voice, messaging, and visual identity. You will also support PR activities to ensure brand visibility across key industry publications and media channels.
    Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal departments and creative teams to develop compelling content such as articles, catalogues/brochures, mailers, and other relevant branded communications. You will also support in ideating and executing campaign-based content across channels while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.

    Regarding digital marketing and optimization, you will drive on-page SEO optimization, analyze website performance metrics, suggest improvements, coordinate and schedule branded emailers, and track campaign performance. You will also implement a social media calendar aligned with brand campaigns and business goals, work with creative teams for platform-specific content delivery, track and analyze key KPIs, and recommend improvement strategies.
    As part of the team, you are expected to have at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, particularly in website management and SEO basics. The job is full-time and permanent, requiring in-person work in Delhi, Delhi. Health insurance and Provident Fund benefits are provided. Reliability to commute or willingness to relocate to Okhla is required for this position.
