General Summary
Project Expeditor plays a vital role in supporting project managers and ensuring the successful execution of projects within the manufacturing and oil & gas sectors. Working closely with project managers, this role provides essential support in project planning, execution, and monitoring, serving as a critical link between clients, EPC contractors, and internal teams. Responsibilities include overseeing production schedules, tracking project timelines, coordinating deliveries, managing vendor relationships, and addressing operational issues that may impact project outcomes. The Project Coordinator ensures timely delivery of major equipment, facilitates communication with stakeholders, and proactively resolves potential bottlenecks. Additionally, the role involves comprehensive documentation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and quality assurance teams.
This position is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong problem-solving skills and a background in project coordination, vendor management, or supply chain management. Occasional travel may be required to vendor facilities and company locations to monitor progress and ensure alignment with project goals.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience working with international teams and vendors.
- Demonstrated experience in managing vendor relationships, including tracking procurement and expediting visits.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of pump manufacturing processes, supply chain management, or experience in similar industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively across different time zones and with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate project risks and manage issues proactively.
- Occasional travel to vendor facilities and company & vendor locations may be required.
- This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and collaborate with global teams within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, vendor management, or a related role within the oil & gas or manufacturing sectors
