Job Description
- We are currently hiring for the position of Lead IT Operations for one of our esteemed clients, a leading Conglomerate Company based in Mumbai. As the Lead IT Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing IT strategy and operations in a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record of 10-15 years in a senior leadership role, demonstrating deep technical expertise in areas such as infrastructure management, ERP & Web application, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. It is essential to have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the Indian market. Additionally, excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for this role.
Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL and PMP are highly desirable for this position. The job is full-time, requiring 6 working days per week. The benefits include Provident Fund, and the work location is in person during day shifts.
