Are you passionate about employee growth, engagement, and driving organizational success We are looking for a talented Executive / Sr. Executive in Learning & Development to join our dynamic HR team at our Mumbai, Powai office.

Key Responsibilities:

???? Learning & Development: Identify training needs, organize custom training programs, and track their effectiveness.

???? Employee Engagement: Design and implement engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition schemes.

???? Employer Branding: Enhance our brands presence on social media and organize employer branding events.

???? CSR: Develop and execute CSR programs, promote employee volunteering, and manage budgets to ensure impactful outcomes.

What Were Looking For:

? 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist roles

? Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

? A self-driven, target-oriented individual with strong planning abilities

? Proficient in Microsoft Office

? Graduate (mandatory), PGDBM / MBA (desirable)
