Regional Human Resource Head - Fashion/Lifestyle Brand

:
- Looking for candidates from Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3 colleges
- Candidate should be open for travel (10 days in a month)
- Should have handled Regional / Zonal / Sales HRBP role

:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process across the zone
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
- Support and participate in Regional and Corporate HR initiatives and projects
