Job Description
As the Lead - Capability Building, you will conceptualize, execute, and oversee all talent development programs and policies, including bespoke solutions. The role involves designing innovative processes to drive the talent strategy, build robust internal and external talent channels, enhance manager capability, foster a high- performance culture, and shape the organization into a strong Learning Organisation
Competency and Managerial Capability Framework:
- Develop a tiered leadership development journey spanning Frontline to Mid- level
- Manage external partnerships for program delivery.
- Establish and govern enterprise- wide Functional and Leadership capability frameworks.
- Lead and manage functional academies and support Gurukuls
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align capability frameworks with the overarching business strategy and future skill requirements.
- Contribute relevant input and insights based on strategic organizational priorities
- Manage and allocate the annual learning budget, including pre- year fiscal planning and capacity assessment, contributing to the overall annual plan and budget for all learning and talent development initiatives. Adherence 10%
- Partner with HRBPs and Business Leaders, using consulting skills, to analyze the business environment, diagnose talent needs, and propose solutions.
- Source and vet external knowledge partners/trainers for specialized training, ensuring high- quality delivery

- Set up learning governance, annual training calendar, and budget.
- Measure learning ROI with relevant metrics.
- Conduct regular reviews with business and plant TD Teams for alignment.
- Manage the LMS/LXP, content curation, and deployment of learning modalities.
- Regularly analyze and incorporate feedback into flagship learning interventions to ensure relevance. The persona requires the ability to facilitate learning solutions, design adult learning- based plans, and deliver high- impact, interactive environments.
- Success factors LMS, MS Office, Instructional design, Project Management, Analytical skills
- MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGCHRM or equivalent degree
