Senior Consultant II - Financial Services Sector

Role Overview:
As a Senior Consultant II in the Financial Services (FS) sector, you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives for our clients, helping them navigate complex market dynamics and achieve sustainable growth. Your day-to-day will involve conducting in-depth market research, developing innovative strategies, and collaborating closely with both client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful implementation. You will work directly with senior leadership at client organizations, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that directly impact their business outcomes, market position, and profitability. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop robust growth strategies, including market expansion plans and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, tailored to the specific needs and objectives of our FS clients.
- Conduct comprehensive secondary research to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities within the financial services sector for client engagements.

- Perform detailed competitive benchmarking analyses to identify areas for improvement and differentiation, enabling clients to gain a competitive edge in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic recommendations into actionable implementation plans, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results for clients.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, fostering trust and building strong client relationships.

Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous market research and analysis, extracting actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing growth strategies, GTM strategies, and market expansion plans within the financial services industry from Consulting/Analytics Firm
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues and develop creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
