How You Will Contribute:
Reporting to the Director, Account Management, you will support the team in driving business growth across key telecom accounts in North India, with a focus on Routing & Switching and IP/MPLS solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the Account Leader and Sales Engineering team to support customer engagements, including preparing responses to RFXs, assisting with network design inputs, and contributing to customer presentations.
- Assist in managing day-to-day activities for Tier-1 telco customers (preferably Bharti), helping maintain account health and operational excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Project Delivery, Operations, and Global Support teams to ensure smooth execution of customer deliverables.
- Contribute to pipeline management activities, such as opportunity tracking, proposal coordination, and internal reporting.
- Support the development of customer relationships by engaging with technical and mid-management stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate companys value proposition.
- Gain exposure to sales execution and techno-commercial processes, learning how large-system solutions are positioned and delivered within complex telecom environments.

The Must Haves
- Total of 8-12 years of exp, with 36 years of experience in Account management, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, or Pre-Sales within the telecom or networking industry.
- Hands-on experience with Routing & Switching, IP/MPLS, and telecom service provider networks.
- Exposure to Tier-1 operators (preferably Bharti Airtel or similar).
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize technical inputs into customer-ready deliverables.
- Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, operations).

- Customer-focused mindset and eagerness to develop commercial and strategic acumen.
Assets
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field).
- MBA or business coursework (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with Optical Transport or Data Networking technologies.
- Basic understanding of commercial bid processes and techno-commercial documentation.
- Demonstrated initiative, learning agility, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
