Job Description

You will be joining a dynamic team at Talent Worx, a growing services and consulting firm, as we recruit for our esteemed client, a US-based global leader in the Capital Markets sector.

As a Java Developer/Lead/AD, you will have the opportunity to work from either Gurgaon or Hyderabad, leveraging your 6-14 years of experience in Java development. Your primary focus will be on designing and building high-performance, scalable applications in a role that emphasizes individual contribution.
Your responsibilities will include developing, optimizing, and maintaining Java-based applications using technologies such as Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Spring Security, and MVC. You will also be tasked with designing and implementing microservices architecture, integrating them with REST APIs and messaging queues like Kafka and ActiveMQ.

In this role, you will work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and managing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, as well as ensuring smooth cloud operations on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Furthermore, you will containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing system performance through performance tuning, code optimization, and thread dump analysis. Throughout these tasks, you will uphold standards of code quality, security, and scalability, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.,
