Product Management is responsible for making sure we build the right products and features for our customers and business. To accomplish that, product managers plan the product roadmap and prioritize the applicable technology backlog, lead product discovery, and measure and communicate results of the feature portfolio in production, all while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
The Retail Hub team is looking for someone who can support our platform capabilities that enable seamless workflows and data exchange between Clients internal teams and with our external vendor partners. This individual should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and be comfortable translating business requirements into technical specifications while maintaining a focus on user experience and business outcomes.

Support the enhancement of Retail Hub platform as a supporting product owner, collaborating with technology and business partners to define and execute on our strategic roadmap.

Monitor progress of key dependencies and identify tradeoffs on scope, resources, and schedule in partnership with the engineering team.
Own UAT plan and execution, contribute to SIT scenarios, and conduct UX/user story reviews.
Document launch plans, create training content, and help with user documentation.
Develop and execute pre/post launch communications and recognize team achievements.
Measure and track business KPIs to demonstrate the value of implemented features.
Triage reported issues and user feedback, determining how they should influence prioritization.
Support incident resolution by measuring customer impact and providing input into resolution strategies.
Articulate OKRs and hold the team accountable for action items from retrospectives and post-mortems.
You consistently demonstrate the following strengths:
Energy and initiative in solving problems. You share passion for your product and, most importantly, your users.
