Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong

background as a Chartered Accountant (CA). The CFO will be responsible for managing the financial actions of the company, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage the finance and accounts department

 Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals

 Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

 Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with statutory regulations

 Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund management

 Handle tax planning, audits, and compliance (GST, Income Tax, etc.)

 Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/Board

 Monitor financial performance and suggest improvements

 Ensure strong internal controls and risk management practices

 Liaise with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities

 Continuous follow ups of the projects works and status.

 Handling Audit Committee and Board Meetings every quarter and updating on the company

performance, projects status to the Directors.

 Preparation of Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated), Cash Flow statement,

Audit Report, Tax report and relevant reports and documents.
