About the Company
TalentHive is representing a well-established retail business in Dubai that serves a high volume of customers across multiple sales channels. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire a Customer Care Representative (Arabic Speaking) to join their onsite team in Al Quoz.
The Role
The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for managing 
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer phone calls and emails
- Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and order-related queries
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Support retail sales teams with customer follow-ups and coordination
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
- Escalate issues where required and ensure timely resolution
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service (essential)

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic
- Confident handling customer calls and emails
- Professional, well-organised, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work onsite in Al Quoz, Dubai
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 4,500 per month
