The Role

TalentHive is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant Business Development to aggressively grow our retained and exclusive search portfolio across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

This is a 100% business development role.

You hunt. You originate. You close.

What You'll Be Doing

• Winning retained and exclusive recruitment mandates across the GCC
• Leveraging existing relationships with C-suite, HRDs, Heads of Talent & Business Leaders
• Selling retained search, project hiring, and key account agreements
• Building a strong BD pipeline across our core verticals (Tech, Oil & Gas, Energy, FMCG, BFSI, Construction & Aviation)
• Owning the client relationship from the first conversation to signed terms
• Representing TalentHive in senior commercial discussions, not transactional hiring

Non-Negotiable Requirements

You must have:

• A recruitment agency background with a clear BD focus
• Proven success in winning retained or exclusive mandates
• Significant UAE and/or Saudi market experience
• Existing live client relationships in the region
• Confidence selling at the senior/executive level
• A genuine

Compensation
