Job Description

:
We are looking for a Payment Gateway Technical Support Executive who can assist clients in integrating and troubleshooting payment gateway solutions across websites, mobile apps, and third-party platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of APIs, payment processing systems, and excellent communication skills to interact with both developers and business users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist merchants and clients in payment gateway setup and API integration.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to payment failures, callback URLs, and plugin errors.
  • Support clients on web, mobile, and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
  • Guide clients through webhook configuration, encryption issues, SSL certificates, and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal tech and finance teams for issue resolution and escalation.
  • Maintain logs, support tickets, and resolution timelines via CRM/ticketing tools (Freshdesk, Zendesk, Zoho).
  • Prepare and update client-facing documentation, FAQs, and SOPs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Bachelors degree in computer science / IT / Engineering or related field.
  • More Than 1 Yrs years of experience in technical support, payment gateway integration, or fintech support.
  • Understanding of payment flow, transaction status, and security protocols.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and basic debugging (HTML, JavaScript, PHP preferred).

  • Familiarity with tools like Postman, cPanel, Git, MySQL (preferred).
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.


Good to Have:

  • Experience with gateways like Razorpay, Stripe, PayU, CCAvenue, Telr, Cashfree, or others.
  • Experience in a SaaS product or eCommerce setup.
  • Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance and payment fraud handling.
