Roles & Responsibilities:-

Overall Positioning and Branding:

• Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy that supports the company&aposs growth goals, market positioning, and competitive differentiation.

B2B Pipeline generation (Key metric: TOFU and MOFU):

• Develop and generate leads across BFSI, Retail, Travel & Hospitality leaders in the customer support, tech and sales
• Develop and execute strategy for B2B events, marketing collateral (digital and physical), PR, etc.

Content Strategy and vision:

• Define and articulate a clear marketing and content vision and strategy
• Manage and work with right mix of inhouse vs outsourced talent to deliver content across relevant channels

Market Partnerships:

• Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
• Facilitate regular communication and collaboration among stakeholders to gather insights and feedback throughout the product development lifecycle.

Customer Engagement:

• Engage with customers and users to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and validate product concepts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners to foster collaboration and drive product adoption.
• Analyse product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future product enhancements and iterations.

Requirements:

? 12-15 years of marketing and growth experience for the US B2B market, preferably in AI or SaaS, or tech platform companies. Prior experience in early-stage startups is a plus.

? Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

? Hands-on individual contributor

? Basic understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI, natural language processing, and machine learning principles.

? Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

? Bachelors degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
