Senior Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal

candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions, leveraging

data-driven insights to enhance decision-making, streamline operations, and drive business

growth.

Key Responsibilities:

? Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

? Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.

? Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for improving business performance.

? Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

? Evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions.

? Support the design and implementation of analytics frameworks and KPIs for performance tracking.

? Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategic initiatives.

? Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of analytics solutions.

? Prepare business documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and test cases.

? Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders and clients.

? Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or related field.

? 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics roles.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

? Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).

? Familiarity with data modeling, visualization, and reporting concepts.

? Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.

? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

? Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
