Role Overview:
As an Ad Sales Manager focusing on B2C Brand Partnerships, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by crafting innovative advertising solutions for high-value brands. In this role, you will manage the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying prospective partners to negotiating complex deals that align with our platform's audience reach.
You will collaborate closely with internal creative, product, and marketing teams to ensure that brand campaigns are executed seamlessly and deliver measurable ROI for our clients. By bridging the gap between brand objectives and our user experience, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our monetization efforts and establishing our platform as a premier destination for B2C advertising in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new B2C brand partners by identifying market opportunities that align with our platform's demographic to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Develop customized media solutions and integrated brand campaigns that address specific client marketing objectives, ensuring high engagement and brand recall.
- Negotiate and close high-value advertising contracts by leveraging data-driven insights and competitive market analysis to demonstrate the value of our inventory.
- Manage long-term relationships with key stakeholders and media agencies to secure repeat business and expand our footprint within the regional advertising ecosystem.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including content and product, to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns that meet both client expectations and internal quality standards.
Required Skillset:
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales pipelines, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets in a competitive B2C environment.

- A Bachelor's/PG degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, complemented by a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape and brand partnership dynamics.
- Proficiency in building and nurturing professional networks, with a knack for identifying emerging market trends that can be converted into new business opportunities.
