Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager for Growth, you will be at the forefront of expanding our user base and enhancing engagement across our innovative FinTech products. This pivotal role involves identifying new opportunities, experimenting with novel features, and optimizing existing funnels to drive sustainable growth. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and data science teams, translating user needs and business objectives into impactful product strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute a comprehensive growth product roadmap, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization for our FinTech offerings.
- Lead end-to-end product development cycles from ideation and research to launch and post-launch optimization, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses, iterate on product features, and continuously improve key growth metrics.
- Analyze complex data sets to uncover user insights, identify growth levers, and make data-driven decisions that inform product strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless and impactful product experiences.
- Champion the voice of the customer through user research, feedback analysis, and market intelligence to build products that solve real-world financial challenges.
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to strategize, build, and scale growth-focused products within the FinTech domain, showcasing a deep understanding of financial services and user behavior.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in using data analytics tools and A/B testing platforms to drive product decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at articulating complex product concepts to diverse stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and delivering high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; an MBA from a premier institution is highly advantageous.
- Adaptability to a dynamic, hybrid work environment, collaborating effectively with teams across Gurgaon/Gurugram and Jaipur.
