Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 68 years of warehouse or logistics experience in ecommerce, retail, or FMCG environment.
- Hands-on experience with WMS, inventory control systems, and Excel reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.

- Lead a team of warehouse staff and supervisors; ensure performance tracking and training.
- Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams for timely order processing and replenishment.
- Ensure all customer orders are dispatched correctly, on time, and with zero errors.
- Analyze KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full), inventory shrinkage, and warehouse throughput to improve performance.
- Manage 3PL vendors (if any) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
