Title: Executive – Business Account – Emirati (Community Living & Retail)
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and manage leads for leasing of retail units.
• Conduct property viewings, client presentations, and negotiations, ensuring deals are closed in line with company targets and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and manage proposals, offers, contracts, and documentation, coordinating with operations teams and other departments as required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, tenants, as well as real estate brokers and agents to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing, providing regular sales reports and contributing to business development strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven.
