About Zenskar
Zenskar( https://zenskar.com ) is building new-age billing and pricing infrastructure for SaaS companies. As SaaS pricing evolves from vanilla subscription based models to more granular usage based models, billing and pricing infrastructure needs to be completely reimagined.
Zenskar is founded by Apurv Bansal - ( https://www.linkedin.com/in/bansalapurv/ ) & Saurabh Agrawal - ( https://www.linkedin.com/in/saurabh-agrawal-20312b2a/ ), who sold their previous startups to Snapdeal and Gaana respectively.
They have experience at organizations such as Google, Basepair, Elevation Capital, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi and Harvard Business School.

The good part is that we are building a "pain-killer", as opposed to a "vitamin", which makes it much easier to sell and market. The pain is severe, the product is best in class, and the market is huge - it doesn't get better than this. We are selling to the mid-market and enterprise, with a fairly high touch sales process. We are setting up best-in-class sales machinery to scalably and predictably drive revenue.

Role & Responsibilities
We're looking for a Product Manager who's ready to take ownership of key product areas and drive meaningful impact from day one.
You'll be the voice of the customer internally and the face of the product externally, shaping both product strategy and day-to-day execution. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role - you'll work closely with customers, engineering, design, and leadership to deliver value fast while laying the foundation for scalable product processes.
Customer Engagement & Strategy-
- Engage directly with customers to uncover pain points, validate ideas, and translate feedback into product direction.
- Triage and prioritize customer feature requests across product areas, balancing impact, feasibility, and scalability.
- Build clear, actionable PRDs and partner with design and engineering to turn ideas into shipped features.
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer outcomes.
Product Execution & Delivery-
- Drive product cycles end-to-end - from ideation through delivery - ensuring timely launches with measurable results.
- Partner with engineering to make trade-offs and scope intelligently without compromising on impact.
- Write crisp, user-facing release notes and internal updates that clearly communicate value.
- Support customer success and sales with product expertise during implementations or escalations.
Documentation & Enablement-
- Keep public documentation intuitive and current to make the product self-serve and accessible.
- Create internal enablement materials that help GTM teams articulate value and stay aligned on roadmap changes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration-
- Partner with design and marketing to deliver seamless product experiences and GTM launches.
- Build a working knowledge of technical systems - APIs, data warehouses, integrations - to bridge business and engineering.
Ideal Candidate:
Must-Haves:
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management/related field, preferably in B2B SaaS or Fintech.
- Proven track record of shipping products customers love.

- Analytical mindset and ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication - you can explain complex concepts simply.
- Customer-first orientation and deep curiosity about user needs.
- Technical fluency - comfortable working with APIs, databases, and engineering trade-offs.
- High ownership, speed, and comfort with ambiguity.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with billing, payments, or revenue recognition products.
- Prior exposure to early-stage startups (Seed-Series B).
- Undergrad from a top institution (IIT, BITs Pilani or equivalent).
- Engineering or technical degree.
- Experience with product analytics tools or roadmap platforms.
- Not taking yourself too seriously.
