Job in Brief: Your core responsibility is to guide the learners through the assigned course, ensuring their comprehension and completion of the learning content within the scheduled time. You will need to clear all doubts and queries, help out with hands-on activities, and trigger discussions.

• Have a thorough understanding of Course Outcomes and Learning Objectives. Have custody of all relevant documents including Curriculum, Course content ,etc. Go through the complete course content, lectures, industry assignments and formative assessment to have complete knowledge of the course.
  
• Provide prompt and accurate answers to student queries related to online learning content.
• Help students solve problems and complete assignments whenever they are stuck.
• Utilize various resources, such as course materials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles, to effectively address student queries.
