Job Description
Location: Delhi & Mumbai (2 separate roles)
Travel: Extensive travel required
We are hiring a Senior Manager - Business Development for a leading healthcare-fintech organization that is transforming access to affordable healthcare. The role will focus on driving hospital partnerships, building corporate alliances, and expanding business across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard leading hospitals and healthcare partners.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers.
- Lead the full business development cycle - from prospecting to closure.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and networking.
- Develop corporate partnerships (HR, CSR, employee benefits).
- Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing.
Qualifications & Experience

- Postgraduate/Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business preferred.
- 10-12 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, or Key Account Management.
- Exposure to hospitals, healthcare institutions, corporates, BFSI, or fintech sectors is desirable.
- Proven track record in building and sustaining CXO-level relationships.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong B2B business acumen and growth orientation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable with both digital outreach (LinkedIn, mailers) and on-ground networking.
- Adaptable, target-driven, and execution-focused.
