Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager at Talknlock. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and optimize engagement across digital channels. This role involves managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Manager:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, social media, email, content) to meet business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end digital campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, creative development, and performance tracking.
• Optimize website traffic and conversion rates through SEO, paid advertising, and UX/UI improvements.
• Lead content strategy, including blog posts, videos, and social media content, ensuring alignment with brand voice and audience needs.
• Analyze campaign metrics (ROI, CTR, CAC) using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush to refine strategies and report insights.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.

  Stay updated on emerging trends (AI, automation, algorithm changes) to innovate marketing approaches.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and vendors to amplify campaign reach.
• Oversee A/B testing initiatives for ads, landing pages, and emails to optimize performance.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry shifts to proactively adjust strategies.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns.
• Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
• Proficiency in social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer) and CMS (WordPress).
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills for creating engaging content.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for team collaboration and client reporting.
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Ads, or digital marketing are a plus.
