Role Description:

We are hiring our first dedicated Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead Talknlocks entry into international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible not just for targeting foreign clients, but also for bringing a strategic approach that helps us convert those leads into long-term partnerships. This is a key role that will shape the global presence and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute powerful digital marketing campaigns tailored for foreign audiences (US, UK, Europe, Australia, UAE, etc.).

Build end-to-end digital funnels focused on high-quality lead generation and conversion.

Develop and present a clear strategy for attracting and converting international clients, including channel mix, messaging, and nurturing workflows.

Optimize Talknlocks website, landing pages, SEO, and content to resonate with global audiences.

Leverage platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and cold outreach tools to drive inbound and outbound leads.

Collaborate with the content and design team to craft localized content and campaigns that connect with foreign decision-makers.

Use marketing automation and retargeting to move leads down the funnel efficiently.

Track analytics, KPIs, and ROI on all campaigns with regular reporting and insights.

Work closely with the CEO and leadership to position Talknlock as a go-to partner for international clients.

Must-Have Skills:

Minimum 3+ years in Digital Marketing, preferably in a B2B or agency setup with international exposure.

Strong understanding of foreign markets and how to build strategies that convert clients globally.

Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Paid Campaigns, LinkedIn lead generation, Email Marketing, and analytics tools.

Proven track record of turning leads into paying international clients through funnel optimization and conversion strategies.

Excellent communication skills and comfort in presenting strategies to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Semrush, Ahrefs, Canva, Zapier, etc.

Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.

Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities tailored for international branding.

Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
