Job description

• In depth experience in Azure Data Factory, Pipelines and SSIS to orchestrate the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from/to an on-premises SQL Server database to/from Azure/shared Storage.

• Data Transformation and Processing: Experienced to prepare the data for analysis and reporting using tools like Azure Databricks/Azure Synapse Analytics/ Apache Spark.

• Data Storage and Management: Experience in designing, supporting and troubleshooting Azure SQL Database, MS SQL servers, SQL data warehouses, data marts, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Blob Storage etc.

• Data Warehousing: Implementing data warehousing solutions and Azure Synapse Analytics (formerly Azure SQL Data Warehouse).

• Data Modelling and Analysis: Experience in designing and implementing data models for analytical workloads. Experience with Azure Analysis Services or Azure Databricks etc.

• Expert knowledge of at least two of TSQL, Python, C##, Spark-SQL
