Job Description
We have a current opportunity for a AI-Agile Lead on a contract basis. The position will be based in Wilmington, Mass and is a hybrid role. For further information about this position please apply.
Responsibilities:
The AI Agile Delivery Lead will be responsible for:
Leading Agile methodology including sprint ceremonies and Jira maintenance.
Collaborating with management, developers, analysts, and business partners.
Coaching team members on Agile principles and practices.
Removing impediments and blockers to the teams progress.
Collaborating with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or IT environment.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
Proven experience working with cross-functional Agile teams.
Experience in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

High emotional intelligence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills:
Experience in a scaled Agile environment (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
Background in software development, QA, or business analysis.
Experience with remote or distributed Agile teams.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to interpret and use Agile metrics to drive team performance.
