Senior Motion Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Senior Motion Graphic Designer who can transform complex product and corporate narratives into powerful visual stories. This role requires creativity, speed, and ownership in a lean, agile environment where turnaround times are high-priority and quality is non-negotiable.

Experience in SaaS, enterprise tech, fintech, telecom, or CPaaS is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and deliver high-impact videos for product, corporate, solution, ESG/CSR, and event campaigns.
• Create motion-led content for social media, ads, and leadership communication.
• Edit and produce short-form content (YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos).
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align visuals with brand strategy.

• Integrate AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and creative output.
• Ensure brand consistency while meeting tight deadlines in an agile setup.

Experience & Skills

• 57 years in Motion Graphics and Video Editing with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of motion design, typography, color grading, and visual storytelling.
• Working knowledge of AI tools for video and image generation is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a lean team environment.
• Creative thinker with strong execution discipline.
