SDET Automation Test Engineer

We are seeking a Senior SDET with strong expertise in automation testing for Web and API applications. The role involves designing, implementing, and executing automated test frameworks to ensure product quality and timely delivery. You will collaborate closely with product, development, and global stakeholders to identify issues, validate performance, and contribute to building robust solutions.

What you'll be responsible for?

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for Web and API testing
• Write, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts
• Prepare test documentation and status reports
• Analyze test results to identify issues, predict user behavior, and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and QA teams for timely project delivery
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and team discussions
• Drive best practices in testing and quality assurance
  

Qualification and other skills

• 4 - 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance (test case design, execution, and reporting)
• Minimum 3 years in API/UI automation
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

What you'd have?

• Strong programming skills in Python or Java
• Hands-on experience with JMeter for performance testing
• 1+ year of Database Testing experience
• Familiarity with Kubernetes (preferred, not mandatory)
• Knowledge of Linux & Windows environments
• Exposure to Jira, CI/CD pipelines, Azure ADO
• Experience with Version Control tools (GitHub, SVN, CVS, etc.)
• Good understanding of telecom platforms (SMS, Email, Voice, CPaaS) is a plus
