Job Description
- Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience.
- Experience in B2B (Business-to-Business) sales is highly preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid Dubai Municipality or Sharjah Municipality Pest Control Sales License.
- Prospect, identify, and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and presentations to understand pest control needs and propose tailored service solutions.
- Prepare and submit professional quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients using a CRM system.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's pest control services, technical treatments, and industry standards.
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth service handover and customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements in the Dubai market.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with Dubai Municipality regulations.

- Hunter Mentality: Proven track record in new business development and closing sales.
- Communication & Persuasion: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the pest control market and B2B sales cycles. A Municipality license is a key differentiator.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a territory, plan visits, and maintain accurate records.
