Sales Executive – Pest Control (Dubai)Position: Sales Executive – Pest ControlDepartment: Sales – Environmental ServicesLocation: Dubai, UAEReporting to: Sales ManagerMandatory Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience.
  • Experience in B2B (Business-to-Business) sales is highly preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Preferred Advantage:
  • Possession of a valid Dubai Municipality or Sharjah Municipality Pest Control Sales License.
Detailed :We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our pest control services to commercial and corporate clients in Dubai. The role involves generating new business, managing a sales pipeline, and building strong relationships with facility managers, property owners, and procurement teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, identify, and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and presentations to understand pest control needs and propose tailored service solutions.
  • Prepare and submit professional quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients using a CRM system.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's pest control services, technical treatments, and industry standards.
  • Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth service handover and customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements in the Dubai market.

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with Dubai Municipality regulations.
Competencies & Skills:
  • Hunter Mentality: Proven track record in new business development and closing sales.
  • Communication & Persuasion: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the pest control market and B2B sales cycles. A Municipality license is a key differentiator.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a territory, plan visits, and maintain accurate records.
