Job Brief
The AI Analytics Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing data analytics and automation solutions. You will use a combination of AI-driven tools, reporting platforms, and traditional spreadsheets to provide valuable insights, automate processes, and support data-driven strategies across departments.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and build dashboards, reports, and analytics using Google Analytics, Zoho Analytics, Excel (Advanced), and related BI tools.
• Leverage AI-based analytics features (e.g., Zoho AI Assistant - Zia, Excel Ideas, Google Looker Studio) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Collect, organize, and interpret large volumes of data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, customer feedback, etc.).
• Automate repetitive tasks and reporting through macros, scripts, and AI-enhanced solutions.
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand analytics needs and provide customized solutions.
• Create predictive models and forecasts using available AI or built-in predictive features.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reports and dashboards.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on how to interpret and use analytics insights.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and features in AI, analytics, and data visualization technologies.
  

Key Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• 24 years of experience in analytics, data visualization, or business intelligence roles.
• Strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Zoho Analytics, Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, PivotTables, Macros).
• Knowledge of AI-based reporting and predictive analytics tools.

• Familiarity with Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools (preferred).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data mining, and statistical analysis.
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and data connectors (an advantage).
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex data findings into simple, actionable recommendations.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Google Analytics, Zoho Analytics, or Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for advanced data handling (optional but preferred).
• Experience with CRM systems like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
