We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience to join our recruitment team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent to meet the needs of our growing business. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the tech industry and a passion for finding the best talent to support our projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and candidates to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain and update the candidate database.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Assist in building a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with common technical roles and job descriptions.
• Good understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
