Data Analyst – Customer Segmentation

What role you will play in team: You’ll be instrumental in improving customer experience by helping to identify key customer segments and their purchasing behaviors.

What you will do: You’ll use data analysis techniques to create customer segments to inform marketing campaigns and product development.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand customer behavior.
• Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies using various clustering techniques.
• Analyze customer lifetime value and develop retention strategies.
• 
  Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Work with marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
